우리가 이미 명백히 밝힌바와 같이 EU와 일본이 유엔인권무대에서 강압적으로 상정 및 채택하고있는 《결의안》은 조선민주주의인민공화국을 반대하는 미국을 비롯한 적대세력들의 정치적압박과 모략, 공모결탁의 산물이다.

 

   이 《결의안》은 미국 등 세력들의 대조선적대시정책의 집중적표현이고 인권의 정치화, 선택성, 이중기준의 전형이며 우리에 대한 정치적도발문서이다.

 

또한 처음부터 마지막까지 온갖 허위와 협잡, 비방중상으로 일관된 모략문서이다. 《결의안》의 기초로 삼은 이른바 《자료》들은 조국과 혈육들앞에 씻을수 없는 죄를 짓고 달아난 《탈북자》와 같은 인간추물들이 제공한 허황한 거짓자료들로서 그 진상은 이미 온 세상에 드러났다.

조선민주주의인민공화국에서는 인민대중의 인권을 책임지고 끊임없이 보호증진시켜나가는 정부의 일관한 정책에 따라 전면적인 무상치료, 무료교육, 무상주택 보장, 남녀평등을 비롯하여 우월한 인민적시책들이 변함없이 실시되고 있으며 전체 인민이 사회생활의 모든 령역에서 자기의 자주적이며 창조적인 권리를 마음껏 행사하고 향유하고 있다. 

 

때문에 우리 인민은 자기 조국에 세워진 사회주의제도,참다운 인권보장제도에 대하여 무한한 긍지와 자부심을 가지고 있다.

 

유엔총회 전원회의에서의 반공화국《결의안》강압채택은 미국을 비롯한 적대세력들이 우리 공화국의 영상에 먹칠을 하고 우리의 사상과 제도를 허물려고 수단과 방법을 가리지 않고있다는것을 다시금 뚜렷이 보여주고있다.

 

EU와 일본은 다른 나라들의 인권문제에 대하여 시비질하기전에 인권유린의 왕초인 미국의 특대형고문만행과 이라크와 아프카니스탄침략, 민간인대량학살만행, 유럽과 중동,아프리카에서 벌어지고 있는 테로사건들, 유럽의 끔찍한 피난민사태와 학대, 과거의 잔악한 반인륜범죄 등 전세계가 우려하는 저들과 동맹국들의 혹심한 인권유린, 평화유린상황부터 바로 잡는것이 유익하고 효과적일것이다. 

 

병주고 약주는 미국식 정치모략으로 세계 여러 지역에서 빚어지는 비참한 현실은  우리 식 사회주의제도를 전복하려는 적대세력들의 책동에 강경대응해나가는 우리의 립장이 천백번 정당하다는것을  실증해주고있다

 

우리는 국제인권분야에서 진정한 대화와 협력을 바라지만 우리의 제도압살을 노린 미국을 비롯한 적대세력들의 반공화국《인권》책동에는 끝까지 강경대응할것이다.

The Permanent Mission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) to the United Nations issues the following press statement with regard to the railroading of the “resolution on the human rights situation in the DPRK" submitted by the European Union (EU) and Japan at the Plenary Meeting of the 70th Session of the United Nations General Assembly on 17 December 2015.

 

As we have already made it clear, the "resolution" submitted and adopted forcibly by the EU and Japan at the UN human rights arena is a product of political pressure, plot and conspiracy pursued by the United States and other hostile forces against the DPRK.

 

The "resolution" represents a clear manifestation of the hostile policy of the US and other forces against the DPRK and a typical example of the politicization, selectivity and double standards of human rights as well as a document of politically motivated provocation.

 

It is also a document of intrigue peppered with all sorts of fraud, swindle and malignant slanders from the beginning to the end. As the truth has already been disclosed to the whole world, the so-called “data” that the "resolution" was based on as "evidence" are the whopping lies presented by such human scum as "defectors" who fled their homeland after committing unpardonable crimes against the country and their kith and kin.

 

In accordance with the consistent government policy on taking responsibility for human rights of the masses of the people and continuously promoting and protecting them, the superior popular measures like universal free medical care, free education, free housing and gender equality are enforced invariably in the DPRK, where the entire people fully exercise and enjoy their independent and creative rights in all spheres of social life.

 

Accordingly, our people take immense pride and confidence in the socialist system and the mechanism for protection and promotion of genuine human rights established in the country.

 

The railroading of the anti-DPRK "resolution" in the Plenary Meeting of the United Nations General Assembly clearly shows once again that the US and other hostile forces resort to ways and means in their attempt to tarnish the image of the DPRK and collapse its ideology and system.

 

It would be useful and effective for the EU and Japan to address, before taking issue with human rights issues of other countries, the appalling violations of human rights and destruction of peace in their home countries and allies such as the extra-large torture atrocities, invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan and mass killings of civilians by the US as the kingpin of human rights violations, the terrorist incidents in Europe, Middle East and Africa, the horrible refugee crisis and their maltreatment prevailing in Europe and the cruel crimes against humanity in the past, which are concerned by the whole world.

 

The miserable reality in several regions of the world caused by the American-style political stratagem of giving medicine after causing disease eloquently proves that it is quite justified for the DPRK to respond strongly to the maneuvers of the hostile forces to overthrow the socialist system of the DPRK.

 

We hope for genuine dialogue and cooperation in the international human rights field, but will deliver strong countermeasures to the end to the anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign of the US and other hostile forces aimed at stifling our system.
